Planning Blog: Storyboard

We completed our storyboard together.  We had to come together to brainstorm the proper ideas for all our scenes. We had so many ideas just for this one pitch that we needed to vote in order to complete this story blog. We each decided on who should do with this blog. The ten pages were used to show all scenes and camera movements. We weren’t sure as to who was going to draw all the scenes but luckily Anayah volunteered. Anayah drew out all the pages because she draws very neatly. Her drawing is also very detailed. While she was drawing, the rest of us helped her when she asked questions about what to do.  The drawing is the hardest part as there are many scenes to be done. We would all like to help drawing the scenes, but we decided we wanted everything nice and neat and to look like one. Being that we must create multiple scenes in the story blog it was kind of hard on our end. We wanted to make sure everything we drew and wrote down also flows for when we’re ready to film. This storyboard is the whole outline for what will happen come March 22nd. We helped by looking at the sound script and the shooting script. When she needed to know certain details, we were there to help her. The problem was having to figure out how to stretch the scenes so we would have enough.  We have 2 minutes' worth of drawing to portray. Using this as a guideline while we’re filming will be much easier so we’re not going off the top of our head. We were able to finish in time and it turned out well.
